Balance Chiropractic and Allergy Center was founded in 2006 by Dr. Brian Bellfield. Our mission is to provide high-quality, customized chiropractic care and natural health solutions. Finding the root causes to ailments has proven again and again to be the true path to attaining the results patients are looking for. We will help keep you moving balanced on your journey.

Chiropractic

Dr. Bellfield uses a diversified style of adjusting. He practices standard oseous adjusting, Torque release technique(TRT), Petibon, SOT, Flexion Spinal decompression, Specific spinal rehabilitation though muscle pattern activation.

Spinal Decompression

This is a specific treatment for cervical and lumbar disc bulges, herniations and degenerative disc disease(DDD). Also used for treating numbness, tingling, sciatica types of pain.

Allergy Elimination

This treatment is used to help reduce allergic reactions. This works on food, seasonal, environmental and chemical allergies.

Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage and chiropractic care work very complimentary to each other. Improving joint mobility and manually relieving muscle tightness, help increase treatments effectiveness and pain reduction.

Rehabilitation

Dr. Bellfield will analyze your movements and make a specific corrective rehab plan for you. Correcting movement pattern break down for spine/back pain, upper extremity (shoulder pain, elbow pain, wrist pain) lower extremity (hip pain, knee pain, ankle pain).

Nutritional Counseling

Meet the Team

Dr. Brian Bellfield

FOUNDER/CHIROPRACTOR
Dr. Brian Bellfield moved to Longmont in 2005. He earned a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University in Human Nutrition/Human Ecology in 1997. He earned his doctorate from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles in 2002. He and his family moved to Longmont in 2005.
Dr. Bellfield began adjusting patients in Boulder/ Longmont in 2005 working as an associate chiropractor. He opened Balance Chiropractic and Allergy Center in 2007. His goal in practice is to educate and assist his community to maintain healthy, active lifestyles from birth into their later years.
Carol Jones

MASSAGE THERAPIST
Carol has been practicing massage for 25 years. Her specialty is stress relief and pain management. She utilizes many techniques including deep tissue, trigger point, cupping, myofascial release, sports massage, prenatal, reflexology and Reiki.
She is an Indiana native(with a side of Kentucky). She and her husband Greg have lived in beautiful Colorado since 2019 with their sweet Westie Bebe. Together they enjoy gardening, hiking, 4-wheeling and spending as much time in nature as possible.
Beth

MASSAGE THERAPIST
Beth Stone Ehrhardt, LMT, NMT, CLT
Getting hit by a car in a crosswalk in downtown Denver taught Beth first-hand how healing bodywork can be. After recovering from the accident, she attended the Colorado School of Healing Arts in Lakewood, CO. She pursued a 1000-hour certificate with an emphasis in neuromuscular therapy and cranial sacral work.
Beth deepened her training studying myofascial release (MFR) with field experts. She studied Tui Na abdominal massage in California. She obtained a certificate in lymphedema therapy (CLT) from the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy. She learned Comfort Touch for the ill and dying and spent years helping hospice patients. She uses cupping, Zero Balancing, intra oral and subtle energy work to address specific issues.
Because she experienced illness first-hand, Beth feels genuine empathy for people who are in pain and who are anxious due to physical trauma. She deeply listens to clients to understand exactly what they need. Using her two decades of experience in the field, she mixes and matches modalities to help diminish discomfort and restore movement. She believes massage therapy is a partnership: When both client and therapist are present together and collaborating for change, lasting healing can occur.
